CASA CINE 2024 Pitch Event at Festival de Cannes
Sunday, May 19th, at 3pm, all of CASA CINE’s residents will pitch their projects at Festival de Cannes, at the Region Sud Pavilion on the Croisette.
The upcoming edition of the CASA CINE residency is set to commence this week at the Château de La Napoule. Resident screenwriters will have the opportunity to work on their first or second feature film scripts, benefiting from the guidance of filmmakers Fernando Pérez and Agnès Jaoui during their stay at the Château de La Napoule, while resident composers will immerse themselves in composing the music for their feature film collaborations.
Each participant will get the chance to showcase their project and work to a select audience of film industry experts, including producers, distributors, festival representatives, and directors, at the Region Sud Pavilion - Festival de Cannes, on Sunday, May 19th, at 3pm. The presentations will be followed by an informal welcome drink which will allow for professional exchanges.
This year, 4 screenwriters and 2 film score composers have been selected from over 130 applicants. International consultant Anna Glogowski will guide CASA CINE residents in the preparation of their project pitches.
